My husband and I are new to the Denver area. We wanted to go to somewhere nice to celebrate my birthday. All I have to say is that we picked an absolutely amazing restaurant, The Keg in downtown Denver. The service was so nice and the staff was very friendly. Our food was extremely delicious and we both agreed that this dinner was better than any meal that we had in Italy during our honeymoon. The steak was fantastic. The best I have ever had and we're from Nebraska! Every compliment I can think of I would give to this restaurant. Thank you for helping us celebrate our new marriage, first restaurant experience in Downtown Denver, and my birthday! We truly enjoyed ourselves!Our meal:Myself: New York Strip - Amazing. I will order this every time I go there!Husband: Prime Rib - Great! The auju was fantastic! Our waitress, Kristen, knew that we wanted a slice so she saved us a medium rare prime rib.Also, they have a great happy hour.

An anniversary tradition for my husband and I, we celebrated our 9th wedding anniversary the other night. I have to say that my steak was spot on, but he took one bite of his over seasoned NYS and didn't eat dinner. Very disappointing coming from one of our favorite places that usually never disappoints.
